The AI certification requirement applies to domestic insurers only and as part of the Department’s Bulletin No. MC-25, Use of Artificial Intelligence Systems by Insurers. The bulletin was dated and issued February 26, 2024.

- Open AI Certification Form located in your “Downloads” folder using Acrobat. Fill, sign, and email it back to the Insurance Department using the “Send” option provided on the form, or email to cid.mc@ct.gov.
